Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that we are no longer able to accept payments via Cash App. We kindly ask that you contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.

Although Cash App has collected fees from many of our customers, both our business and personal accounts were unexpectedly closed after receiving a small number of payments through a personal account. We attempted to appeal this decision; however, we were unable to reach a representative or identify a channel to submit a formal complaint.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be reaching out individually to customers who have used Cash App next week to assist with transitioning to other payment options.

Last summer per Cash App's request we had to separate our business and personal Cash App accounts. We did that and worked hard to transition everyone that used Cash App. The transition took a while and now they have closed both of my Cash App accounts. PLEASE be patient, as I navigate the appeal process.
