🚨 A MESSAGE TO THE PERSON WHO FELT THE NEED TO STEAL A LIP GLOSS…

To the person who took a Rhode lip gloss to the corner of one of our booths, opened it, and decided to steal it—what a shame.

We have 15 cameras throughout City Chics, and they are currently being readjusted to give us even better coverage. The area you chose happened to be one of our harder-to-see spots.

Yes, I could go back through the footage and spend the time figuring out exactly who you are. I’m choosing not to do that this time. Instead, I’m giving you a warning because there’s a good chance you follow our page and will see this.

If you are ever truly in need of something, please just ask. There is absolutely no reason to steal.

Unfortunately, your actions now affect everyone else. Going forward, customers who are shopping with makeup or cosmetic products will need to leave those items at the counter while they continue shopping throughout the store. I hate having to make a rule like this because of one person’s actions, but theft ultimately affects small businesses, our vendors, and our prices.

So, I hope you enjoyed your lip gloss.

Next time, just know—we’ll be watching. 👀
