That is, when their two precious kids are not demanding their attention, but they have amazing assistants when they are! She was born and raised in Dewey and grew up attending church in Bartlesville. Ryan and Cassandra moved back to the area a few years ago to be near

to family still living here. Ryan and Cassandra are both teachers at Dewey and Ryan also coaches there. This shaved ice stand has been a long time dream of Ryan's and has now come to life. They recognize how God has been so gracious to their family and they now want to use this opportunity to give back and serve others in their community and what better way than offering Chilly Willie's Shaved Ice!
