Brand new pipe and this happened. Apparently, the cap was made too small, the felt too thick, seam not correctly soldered and the cap jammed on the pipe. Perfect scenario for the soldered seam to split. Solution - open the seam up and solder correctly. Flatten the felt and done!!

Starting to look like an organ. Installation of a rebuilt/redesigned 1970 Schantz 3 manual. The console features a display in the music rack for music or if the organist desires to add Hauptwerk stops to the instrument. A very versatile approach.

This one is for the book! Didn't think anyone could do this kind of work but here it is. We were contracted by the church to straighten it all out. Special thanks to Paul Kacinowski, Sean Kieran and Dan Dillingham for keeping the project on track whilst I was working on our installation in Tennessee.

How do you repair a broken Moller Pedal relay contact? Contact had broken at the slider. No way to pull out the 14 slider relay system without taking half of the console apart; for only one contact. Solution? Take a piece of brass, thin, and slide it in back of the broken contact and then solder lightly. Made sure the contact was loose and could work back and forth. Client very happy since it was the 8' Octave in the Pedal, G1 or Pedal note 8.

Moller expression display for 5 shoes. The indicators had warped through the years and had become unworkable. I cut the new wheels out of black plastic with the CNC, including the center hole for the axle. Put it together with some white paint for the expression variation and install. just like new and works like the original 1948 install.
