Family the time is coming and Jordan’s story needs to be heard. It has gotten too quiet and we need to make some noise. ASAP Please Help Us Share Jordan’s Story.
On April 5, 2025, Jordan Hill was killed while riding his ATV on the side of the road.
Jordan was hit and killed by Cody Wayne Rollison.
Cody Rollison was only arrested for possession of ma*****na and driving under the influence. He was not charged with Jordan’s death.
Cody Rollison was given a $41,000 bond, posted $4,100, and was released the same day. He was also given the vehicle( murder weapon) back. Our family believes this outcome failed to reflect the loss of Jordan’s life.
It was not until July 15, 2025 that Cody Rollison was finally arraigned and officially charged with aggravated DUl and felony leaving the scene of an accident. To our family, this feels like a slap on the wrist compared to the life that was taken. After leaving court that day, when Jordan’s name was mentioned by our family, Cody Rollison spit on the ground an act our family experienced as deeply disrespectful toJordan’s memory.
We are asking the public to help us demand accountability and justice for Jordan.
