The school year has come to an end and we made 301 bracelets for the Orchard Place School store!🎉🎉🎉
On Friday, Greg asked me to come over for the last half hour of school because his home room students had made me a thank you. The green card is the reason we do this work and says we’ve accomplished our goal!

This is what I made this weekend! Twenty-six more bracelets for the students at Orchard Place Mental Health In-Patient Program. The total number gifted since August is 243. They are in the school store, as an option to "buy" with their behavior point sheets.

My husband, Greg who teaches high school math there now said that these have been a game changer; kids who didn't care about going to the store, previously are working hard to get the points so they can choose a bracelet. Many of the students 'bought' them for their family members at Christmas! ❤️
