Be Proud in Denver! Pride Fest and Pride Month Begin!
Events through June climaxing on Sun., June 28, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, along 16th Street

Same Pride, new place! This year, Pride is taking over downtown and bringing the party to 16th Street. Since 1974, Denver Pride has created a space where the LGBTQ+ community, allies, families, and local businesses come together for a day of joy, celebration, and protest. The Fest has moved downtown, where you can expect all the Pride classics you know and love like Latin Stage, The Gayborhood, and the youth and family area. See you there!

Historic Denver is hosting After Hours: Pride on Penn at 1340 Pennsylvania St. on
Thursday, June 18, at 6:30 PM. Celebrate Pride with an after-hours party ($30) honoring the vibrant LGBTQ+ history of Capitol Hill at the Molly Brown House Museum. Once operated as a gay-friendly men’s boarding house, this landmark holds stories of community, resilience, & connection. Enjoy a signature beverage, festive activities, and engaging stories that highlight the neighborhood’s LGBTQ+ past and the legacy of preservationist Art Leisenring, whose forward-thinking vision helped save the Brown House for future generations.

Celebrate Pride at Larimer Square with Sunday full of community, music, food, and festive activations. On the 28th, Osteria Marco offers a Pride Brunch (11:00 AM–2:00 PM, VIP $250 or GA $25), with a special outdoor Drag Bingo Brunch taking over Larimer Square. Expect dazzling performances from local drag legends Shirley Delta Blow, Amerikah J Misdemeanor and LaLa Queen. Enjoy bottomless cocktails, bingo, giveaways, and brunch favorites served al fresco under iconic pride flags. The celebration continues in the afternoon with a disco cowboy-themed street party in partnership with Ariat and Garage Sale Vintage. Enjoy country-pop DJ sets, line dancing, themed photo moments, drinks, and Pride-inspired experiences throughout the Square.

More than just a celebration, this is a call to action—an opportunity to invest in the future of one of the nation’s most dynamic Juneteenth celebrations and support the ongoing work of JMF Corporation.

Private Spaces: Q***r Capitol Hill Walking Tour
Wednesday, June 3 |6:00 PM–7:30 PM | Meet as directed on your ticket | $27.33

Explore Q***r Capitol Hill with a tour developed by David Duffield, co-founder and coordinator of the Center LGBTQ History Project for Colorado on Colfax. The tour will take you through Bachelor's Row and look at how single apartments offered privacy for a closeted community. Explore how public spaces were a refuge and places to connect. And learn how laws such as anti-crossdressing and R-0 zoning kept q***r Denver heavily policed and segregated. Finally, see places of liberation. From within the spaces of Capitol Hill came the hearts and activism of generations of q***r people. A legacy born of streets, parks, and private spaces.
