This is our first post as the new owners of the newly named So Damn Gouda (Cheese + Provisions) and we can't wait to meet you! Also excited to announce that our shipment of limited edition *Rush Creek Reserve* just arrived. This cheese is made once per year, in the autumn, and hails from Uplands Cheese, an award-winning cheese maker in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. Trust us, it’s epic. But how do you get your very own wheel? Two ways: 1) You can pre-order on our website www.sodamngouda.com under the ‘limited edition’ section or 2) stop into the shop and ask for Rush Creek Reserve.
