Every now and again we get a query from a customer, "I didn't get the holiday postcard" or "I didn't get my birthday card". We always wonder where these cards go. Perhaps this is the answer. We sent the 2019 holiday cards out on November 20. It looks like this card was discovered by USPS on January 15 and we just got it back in our mailbox on February 6. Well, we got HALF of the postcard, anyway. But it came in a nice plastic baggie that assures us that USPS does care. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you think something weird is happening with the mail!
