It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the closing of Proud Souls Barbecue & Provisions, Inc. After nearly 8 years of operation, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our entire team ( ) for their tireless effort and work. Many colleagues, family members, friends and business partners have helped grow this small business dream and I am forever grateful for their loyalty, commitment, faith and words of encouragement. We could not have achieved the success we did over the years without EVERYONE'S hard work, belief in the vision and dedication!

I would also like to express our appreciation to our many customers for their trust and support! We are extremely proud to have served ALL OF YOU! Colorado is home to a magnificent community of passionate outdoor cooks & BBQ aficionados. You all played a major part in the success of this business and I hope our team assisted you by playing a role in inspiring, guiding, growing and honing your outdoor cooking craft.

While we are saddened by the closure of Proud Souls, we are grateful for the countless memories, relationships, and experiences we have gained throughout the years. We will cherish these as we move forward.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey. It's not a goodbye, but a we'll be seeing you around the fire in a backyard, community event or parking lot soon!

We’re writing to share some difficult news. Due to unforeseen economic challenges, we’ve made the painful decision to close our Kansas City location. This was not an easy choice, and we’re deeply saddened to say goodbye to our loyal customers and colleagues there.

Unfortunately, these same challenges have directly impacted our ability to effectively operate our two Colorado locations.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your loyalty and support over the years. Your patronage has been the driving force behind our success!
