Filling bug holes in a custom flute.

I'm filling holes in this custom flute made with Flame Box Elder. The amazing color is caused by a fungus that attacks the wood after it has become damaged by bugs, or some other type of stress.

My new flute stand design is now available! This is a unique, new design. They will hold fourteen flutes and the stand is easily assembled and disassembled. Made with high quality 7 ply plywood that is strong and durable. Perfect for flute gigs, flute circle gatherings, and there are no pegs to lose! Available in natural or black finish. Limited amount of stands available.

New flute stands coming soon to spiritworldflutes.com! This new stand design uses four pieces of high quality birch plywood that quickly assembles and disassembles. It will hold fourteen flutes, and it will be available in three finished versions--natural, natural with laser engraving, or black finish.
