I used to avoid upper body workouts because I didn't want my naturally broad shoulders to get any wider.

Broad shoulders weren't portrayed as beautiful or feminine, and I was frustrated that flirty, dainty shouldered tops never fit me.

Body image and body confidence challenge us all in different ways, and for me, my broad shoulders were the challenge.

Now, I embrace my strong, broad shoulders! They're not going anywhere (and I don't want them to), so I show them off, work them out, and dress them in clothes that make me feel powerful.

A little reminder today that you deserve to feel confident in your body just the way you are 🌟
