Just bought these bags for this trip. 7 days in Ireland. 1 flight and a lot of bus travel. No way this should be happening now. One zipper has come completely off the track and the other is barely holding the bag closed. Hence duct tape to hold Zach's suitcase closed on the way home. Somehow this seems familiar.
Wish I had been able to afford the gorgeous new MAGFAST suitcases to take with us! I doubt they would have had the same issue.

Spicy Miso Spaghetti and Seared Chicken with Spinach and Parmesan

An amazing twist my husband made to this is the chicken is seasoned with SDS Cajun Seasoning. Goes so well with the rich Miso sauce. Great cold weather treat. Or for an under-the-weather child.
