Scoops & Stories kicks off summer fun at Oswego Towne Square on Friday, June 12 from 11:30 AM–1:30 PM. Join the Lake Oswego Public Library Rover Bookmobile (the mobile will be near Columbia Sportswear and Little Big Burger). We've got a facepainter, balloon artist, and enjoy a free scoop from Dairy Hill Ice Cream while supplies last.
