Somewhat of a throwback piece, but on a smaller scale. Only 12" across and 24" tall. And there will always be pennys in the bottom, I epoxied about 10 of them to the bottom!! Part of a little girls birthday.

A commission piece, routed and burned letters with spar varnish over everything. The wood is reclaimed cypress, and I left all the character, dings, nail holes and such as the are. Customer was happy!

The first of 3 pieces for my Mom, a one of a kind side table with a drawer. The top is live edge Maple, the shelf on the bottom is Pecan, drawer front is maple and the legs are Cedar. A lot of sanding and tinkering with it to get it all to work. She loved it, that is all that matters!!

A new project, and far from the "normal" work that I do. A local Artist years ago painted this piece onto a set of windows. The owners recently changed out the windows but saved these and commissioned me to build a frame and install a light on the inside to highlight the work. It now sits 2" off the wall, solid and secure. you can see one piece of cypress across the top of the window, the rest is hidden behind the frame, so the painting gets all the attention.
