Good day Flying Monkey Comics and Games fans! Tomorrow is the annual celebration of the comics industry and the Friendly Neighborhood Comic Book Store and we look forward to seeing everyone out supporting their local shops! Flying Monkey Comics and Games is NOT participating in the traditional Free Comic Book Day and Comic Giveaway Day festivities but we hope that you will still include us in your plans to travel throughout Central Ohio and have your Comic Shop Days!

Over the last several years the costs associated with Free Comic Book Day haven't generated the amount of traffic and business that we would hope - the FREE comics that are given away ARE NOT free to your fave local store! - so while you are out keep that in mind as you support your favorite local spots! We are actively tracking the folks we have visit this weekend and if we hit our goals for visitors and several other metrics we hope to be back to being a full participant next year! Enjoy your and and we will see you soon!

Truly a heartbreaking day to learn of the passing of Gib Bickel. A pillar in the Central Ohio Comic Community, his legacy is even greater than his store the Laughing Ogre - the support he gave to the local community, local creators and the hobby as a whole can't be understated. To say we at here at the Flying Monkey strive to be half the person, retailer and friend he was to everyone in the comic community is an understatement.

Our deepest sympathy to Gib's friends, family, and associates - our thoughts are with each and every one of you.

TCG players we have you covered! We partnered with Flying Monkey Comics and Games to bring a 50x50 TCG Tournament space!

We’re running open tables all weekend long at TORG Gaming Expo this year! You can jump into casual games anytime. On top of that, League Play is live from Saturday morning through Sunday, completely free to enter. Play matches, earn points, and compete for prizes like most wins, most matches played, and random giveaways across multiple games.

We’ve got tournaments for Pokémon, Magic, and One Piece, plus demo events where you can learn new games like Gundam, Union Arena, Overpower, and Star Wars Unlimited. Show up, sit down, and start playing. If you’re new, we’ll teach you and you’ll even get a deck to keep.

Whether you’re grinding for wins or just looking to try something new, there’s always a seat at the table so bring your deck. Bring your friends and let’s play!

HAPPY WEDNESDAY Flying Monkey Comics and Games FANS!! We just unpacked a restock on the AMAZING Physical Genesis games from our friend Eric at Toy_Saurus_Games! Featuring Translations and Repros of some Awesome Genesis Games and Franchises these are an awesome addition to any physical game collector's collection!

You might be saying "Hey Top Monkey, I didn't think Flying Monkey Comics and Games sold fake games!" and we have a 0 tolerance policy for fake repro games and do not sell them - and if your local store is doing so you should ask them why! What we are selling is the custom design of the packaging, manuals, labels all printed on new paper with new clamshell cases, custom cartridges and all new chips made by an extremely talented designer!!

Highlights in this lot are Sonic 2 XL - an awesome custom Romhack where instead of golden rings Sonic is eating Onion Rings and as he eats more and more he gets slower and chubbier! Hilarious and an all new challenge for Sonic Fans!

Reminder - all of these game files are free to play on romhacking.net using your favorite emulator - these physical editions will work on OEM Genesis consoles, Retrons etc!

Anyone seen the Dune trailer? These 2 Razor Mission games were created for the Top Monkey's collection - how great do they look???
