The Head Brittlemaker (who is NOT a web designer) has finally figured out how to turn on the “Leave a Review”option on all the delicious brittles on the website! If you’ve bought or been gifted or just ran through all the samples at a show and wouldn’t mind heading over and telling the internets what you thought of it we’d be ever so grateful!

We’re getting ready to dip! We will always seek out the best ingredients and it shows. We LOVE Callebaut chocolate! Does it cost more than other chocolate? Yes, yes it does. Is it harder to work with true chocolate versus a chocolate “coating”? Yes, yes it is! Why do we do that? Because our brittle is the most amazing and magical brittle you will ever find. We only wrap it in the most magical chocolate we can find!
