We are NOT out of business YET, but…
As many of you know, over the last several years our government has attacked the va**ng industry from every angle and imposed impossible hurdles and deadlines for us to remain on the market. The V***r Apothecary has jumped through every hoop and reached every deadline for our products, even making it as far as the Scientific Review phase of our PMTA. Unfortunately, it seems that over the last couple of days, the FDA has started issuing mass MDO (Marketing Denial Orders) to every manufacturer of E-Liquid on the market and we are pretty confident every flavored e-liquid will be pulled from the market soon. Flavored e-liquid is about to be a thing of the past.
We urge you to come in and stock up. We have no idea how much longer we will be able to sell our products. What we do know is we will not be placing any more stock orders or making any more e-liquid in the near future…what we have is what we have! We have explored other options, such as switching our products to TFN (To***co Free Ni****ne) but we are positive the FDA will quickly close that loophole, so we are choosing not to go that route.
We thank all of our loyal customers for the years we have been in business and I hope, well I KNOW, we have helped many of you switch from the deadly combustible ci******es to va**ng and many of you have even been able to quit va**ng! We applaud you!!! We implore you to NOT return to ci******es when you can no longer purchase your va**ng supplies. We hope that you can use this opportunity to stop using ni****ne for good!
