Our home and lapidary/silversmithing studio was destroyed in last night's tornado. We're both taking the next week off, unpaid, to try to gather our belongings and get back to work. I plan to continue my lapidary and metalsmithing after everything settles, so every little bit helps! I really want to continue and grow my skills even more so after all of this. Still not done. The next one is going to go so much quicker though. Started making a band and I'm not sure what to size it at. Maybe I'll make it adjuable, or maybe I'll make it one of the most common sizes, it can always be resized. I'm personally not a fan of adjustable rings.

Third times the charm. Had to remake the leaves from thicker silver because they kept melting. I like big honkin rings, but I'm not sure whether to make a ring or pendant/bolo. It's a rather small stone so I'd go for a ring with a fancy wide band but idk.
