Our favorite rural town this week is Alpine, Texas. Talk about a small town with a lot of Texas charm, Alpine is a remote town in Far West Texas.

With just under 6,000 residents, it’s rich with that small-town feel. Alpine may be hours away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but it still has a lot to offer!

Here you’ll find a unique array of art galleries, restaurants, shops, live music venues, and gorgeous scenic views.

And, just two hours away you’ll find Big Bend National Park where you can enjoy hiking, camping, mountain biking, horseback riding, and more!

Yesterday was a solemn day to reflect on the tragic events of 22 years ago.

Today is a day to celebrate.

Because 22 years ago today we started a new day. Brushed ourselves off. Hugged our family and came together as communities.

September 11, 2001 was a sad day of unthinkable tragedy.

September 12 is the day when we started to rebuild and come together as a Nation. 🇺🇸

Yesterday we remembered and honored. Today we’re reminded how fortunate we are to be alive.

It’s Monday! Time to fire up those John Deere’s again 🚜

Here’s some cool factoids about the big green tractor:

✅ In 1837, John Deere invented the first steel plow which was designed to cut through sticky prairie soil.
