Up in Flour
I had the chance to try one of Up in Flour's oatmeal cream pies, and it was absolutely delicious. The oatmeal cookies had the perfect texture—soft with just the right amount of oat flavor and a subtle sweetness that wasn't overpowering.
What really stood out was the filling. As a fellow cottage baker, I know how tricky cream fillings can be, but hers was smooth, light, and perfectly balanced. It tasted just like the oatmeal cream pies I remember growing up, only better.
Nostalgic, homemade, and incredibly well done. Definitely worth trying—and yes, far better than anything that comes in a box.
