Any items that are damaged upon arrival may be eligible for replacement/refund. Please send me a message with photos of damages to said items, and we can find a solution to your problem together. Refunds/Exchanges for any damage, wear/tear, or accidental damage to items after one week of receiving your order will not be granted. NO Refunds/Exchanges/Replacements for CUSTOM items.
