Those are the words that come to mind right now. Things are different this year at Collerā€™s Maple. We are making syrup but we have scaled way back for this year.

To our loyal customers: we will have some maple goodness for you. Donā€™t worry! Things may be a bit delayed this year but we will be in full swing soon.

To our family and friends: words cannot express how grateful we are for you. We boiled yesterday and that would have not happened without you. A HUGE thank you to our son, Jacob Coller, my brother John Johnson and friend Chris Blauvelt. And anyone else that has lend a hand recently. This sugar season would not happen without you!

If you got the end of this post, this is a reminder to hug your loved ones and tell them you love them.
