Come join me tomorrow night at our new time of 6:30 PM for a mindfulness group which will assist participants in improving their ability to manage stress.Concepts from the following therapeutic modalities will be discussed: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Habit Change along with DBT skills will be discussed.Chronic Stress is associated with both emotional and physical suffering. When the ratio of stressors and supports are out of balance, that is when burn out may occur. We all need self-care in order to able to heal, relax and recharge. Participants will have an opportunity to practice multiple sensory mindfulness skills in tho following ways:
Projection lamp light show
Aromatherapy
Sound healing
