Quick NFA PSA: after getting some clarification on the current Texas Federal court ruling, even if the DOJ does NOT appeal the current ruling by end of day, due to Ohio state laws.. NOTHING changes for us. All Form 4 submissions regarding SBRs, SBSs, Suppressors and AOWs will still apply.

The State government is currently looking at changing its stance on suppressors being "dangerous ordnance", but we are stuck waiting for them to get back from recess before anything changes.

Stick figuring out clarification on SBRs and SBSs.

Will continue to update as more info comes to light.

PSA: As the news is getting out there and people are asking what it means. A Federal court ruled in favor of one of the law suites going after SBRs, SBSs, and Suppressors being pulled from the NFA referencing that a $0 tax stamp is purely an unconditional registration.

The Government will most likely appeal this decision and move it up to higher courts which is to be expected.

Translation: This is a huge first step in the right direction but as it currently sit all NFA regulations are still in place. We will keep you posted as the situation develops.
