Sweet days in the studio with my people 🥹

It has truly been life changing for me to have a separate work space from my home!! I’m so thankful. Can’t wait to open it up and make it a place of community 🩵

This month we are back to getting in the full swing of market season!! Lots of exciting markets and festivals coming up! We will even be at a couple of new markets (new to us!!) this month! 🫶🏼 can’t wait to see you all!

Last week I opened up the studio for the first time for Front Street’s First Fridays 🥳🌷

It was so much fun and made me so excited for the grand opening this summer (date coming soon!!!) 🌴

Front Street is such a cool, unique place with so many talented artists and small business owners. If you’re in the Dayton area this is your formal invite to come hang out with us the first Friday of every month! There’s food trucks and sooo many studios open to shop, chat, grab food, and connect with community! ✨

📖 L.A. Times Festival of Books Haul 🌴

There were soo many amazing bookstores, artists, and authors at the festival!! I truly had to limit myself because I could’ve purchased ✨so✨ much 😅

One of the best part of working book festivals is being able to shop around and see all the other cutie stores and all of their bookish accessories! 💓

First round of L.A pics 📸🌴

The was my best market to date 🥳

Some stats from the weekend:

✨I took a team of 13 making it the largest crew I’ve ever had
✨we traveled 2,000+ miles across the country making it the farthest market away
✨I sold over 400+ bookmarks breaking the record for custom bookmarks sold at a single market
✨it also broke the record in accessories sold, especially stickers, by almost triple

I was blown away by the support, kindness, and love that my small business received at this festival 🥹

I want to give my crew the biggest shoutout becaaause none of this could’ve happened without them 💓

✨ Part 2 of opening my first location for my small bookish business ✨

Last video I gave you guys an overview of what it was like getting the keys & my dream for the space!! Now we’re getting into the nitty gritty of actually making the vision come to life!! ☁️

I have never struggled so hard in my life to pick out paint colors. I typically am a one and done paint chooser but that has been far from the truth for this studio! I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone for designing this space and it has definitely challenged me! Stick around to see how the space comes along and if you have any suggestions or things you’d like to see, I’d love to hear them!! 🫶🏼🌸
