NEW COFFEE in-store and online

The Marisela Sánchez comes from Huila, Colombia- easily one of our favorite growing regions in Colombia.
It is a beautiful example of the land- bright citrus, silky sweet caramel and a balanced finish.

At this time, our street parking is packed full of snow from the city plows. We’ll be working on getting a few spaces cleared.
There is a cleared parking lot across the street and you may find a spot or two further down Wayne Ave. Get creative!

NEW GUEST ROASTER IN STORE!

We’re pretty pumped to share this coffee from our good friends out of Williamsport, PA❤️

If you ever find yourself in that part of the country, go check them out. (It’s only a short 6.5 hours from Dyt) They also own an incredible cafe where you will be sure to clean your plate and want seconds. We are big fans and love these people dearly. Give them a follow.

“This is the first coffee that is part of our Center Cut Series- showcasing single origin, often single varietal coffees that are handpicked by some of the most renowned regions in the world.

The Finca Milan is grown in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia on a family-owned led farm by third generation farmer, Julio César Madrid Tisnés. This is a wonderfully complex coffee with big aromatics and flavors of tropical fruit and red wine.

While the farming is led by Julio, the science is headed up by his daughter, Maria Antonio Madrid, a biologist who oversees the processing. This coffee is processed via Nitro Toffee Culturing, which is designed to enhance sweetness and complexity by way of a unique multi-step fermentation process. The resulting cup is fruit-forward, fragrant and just plain delightful.”

It’s wild to think we’ve been at 257 Wayne Ave. for 15 years. While there are many thank yous to give and great memories to share, we like to keep things short and sweet.
