root chakra grounding || “I am safe.”

survival, security, and stability.
an unbalanced or underactive root chakra can present as fearful, distrusting, working excessively , feeling out of control, difficulty making decisions , depression , feeling isolated or lacking a sense of belonging .
when the body is in persistent fight or flight , the root chakra is blocked, as you are unable to
feel safe in your body and environment.
going for walks, being in nature, walking barefoot, breath work and yoga help unblock this chakra and allow you to feel connected and secure in your body .
