Psst - want in on a secret? Even though the website ordering page is not quite ready, the link below is a special sneak peek at this year's Pets, Pumpkins and Pastries event at the building October 24th! Cabbage rolls are back this year, this time from the very popular Mom Andrasik's Hungarian Cabbage Rolls (they'll be frozen and are big!), and we're welcoming new peanut butter fudge vendor Aunt Bobo's Peanutbutter Fudge - note that fudge quantities will be limited so order early! Also welcome back to returning favorites from Bessies HomeMade Noodles, Big Sky Bread Company Dayton, Ohio., and Gruncle’s Cookies, LLC. Plus our dog biscuits, bandanas, tug toys, and kitty kickers and bandanas. The website launch will be soon, but ordering can begin now - just make sure you mark your calendar for pickup at SICSA October 24th from 11 to 4 pm. Closer to the event we'll also be taking pre-orders and doing day of sale houseplant sales from Plants 4 Paws. This is going to be our best year yet!

Thank you Witchy Whisk Homestead for some more fresh catnip! It will be dried and used in our fall cat toys 😍 Come see Witchy and Friends of SICSA at the Rip Rap Farmer’s Market this Thursday 7/30 from 5 to 8 pm at the Dog Days of Summer! The market is at Rip Rap Roadhouse on Fishburg in Huber Heights. Dog days will have dozens of vendors - rescues, produce, meat, herbs, bakers, beverages, crafts, and more! And you may want to visit Aunt Bobo's Peanutbutter Fudge booth to get a sneak peek at one of our Pets, Pastries and Pumpkins fall ordering event foods. You can also eat dinner, have ice cream, and enjoy live music. Hope to see you there!

UPDATE: We have switched our 2nd Street Market day this weekend from Saturday to Sunday, so come see us Sunday 11 to 3 pm outside in vendor booth #27!

It's warm out there, but we have so many cute things to sell to benefit our pets! Join us Thursday 5 to 8 pm in downtown Hamilton outside the courthouse for the Butler County Farmers & Artisan Market and then Saturday outside the 2nd Street Market at Webster and 2nd street in downtown Dayton from 9 to 3. We're starting to bring out some fall-themed items to help us all mentally with the heat 😀

This heat is unrelenting, and with the added small potential of storms mixed in we've reluctantly made the decision for the safety and health of our volunteers to not setup at the Americana Festival Saturday 🥵☹️ we'll miss not being at a great festival, but we still have a busy July ( both indoors and outdoors) so we hope to see you soon! And thank you for a great turnout last night at Eudora Brewing Company 🍻

Thanks to everyone who braved the odd weather the last few days at our events! And if Sugar Cult is the vendor that gave our volunteers some lavender macaroons today at 2nd Street Market, thank you - you have some new fans, and I'd like to know where my cookies are 😝

It's going to be gross outside this week, but Eudora Brewing Company is ready with the a/c Thursday night between 5 and 8! Buy a beverage or food between those hours Thursday and we'll get 10%! And we have great FOS merchandise for sale that evening too. Want to brave the heat? We're at Americana Festival Saturday 9:30 to 4:30 near the intersection of Iron Gate Drive and Rt 48 - but leave your pup at home Saturday, please 🥵
