I don't want to shut down this page because we hope to figure out a way to grow and sell nationwide. Our sweet Zed has a wonderful view from his final resting place. I miss knowing he is there protecting my kids. Even on his last full day and he was really sick, he refused to let them go outside alone. The kids made him a little cross. You will be missed Zeddy Bear!

May was Hushpuppy month for us. They sold like the fried onion donut holes they are! Here is a video showing how I typically fry them. 😉 I am sure you guys are getting ready for fish fries and will need some Hushpuppies. Your gluten free friends or family will thank you.
