Although I’m definitely more of a digital currency/card guy, I still fancy a wallet that can carry a little bit of cash as well. I also love knowing that the wallet I’m using is a quality one. I know I’ve put a lot of time, effort, and heart I put into making each one, and stitching each stitch. Looking forward to trying out some different styles soon, and exploring new areas of leatherworking!

Trying out a slightly different style minimalist wallet. Pretty happy with how this one turned out, and per usual, Dakota leather from La Perla was used! Made a couple mistakes along the way and had to start over but i guess as long as you learn from them it’s sort of less painful?

🥁 Here it is - My first bag!!! I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it came out. I made this with Wickett & Craig Show Harness (first time working with that). It was a pleasure to work with and I can really appreciate the fact that it does not scratch or imprint nearly as easy as their traditional harness.

I learned a LOT along the way, and there are a few things I would clean up or go back and change for the next one, but what are we doing if we aren’t continuing to learn?

Speaking of learning, special shout out to Tanner over at for the amazing videos, tutorials, and inspiration he puts out there to help newcomers to the leatherworking community. It just so happened I already had plans to do my first tote around the time he released the - and so here is my entry to that!

This was also the first project that I got to use my sewing machine, and I was thrilled with how well the machine did, and how much less tired my hands were after making something this thick with this many stitches 🤣

Also - You all should know by now but I absolutely love the photography aspect of capturing handmade goods! Being that this one is much larger than what I have made in the past, it was slightly challenging to incorporate my usual scenery while capturing the entire bag, but managed to make it work!

As always - Would love to hear everones feedback as I am always looking to improve!
