Hello everybody! Mother's Day is this Sunday May 10th. We may have just the gift for Mom! Our gift baskets are made up and ready to go. Created with either an original Amish or Longaberger basket with soaps, lotions, jellies, honey or tea from our local stock. Save 10% or more when you buy the basket with all the goodies. We are located at 2101 Shuresville Rd in Darlington Md. Our hours are Friday through Sunday 10am to 5pm. Good day everyone! We hope you all are enjoying this beautiful Spring weather. Stop by this weekend and try our fresh sourdough bread and delicious cakes, all made locally and delivered fresh every Friday, We just got more Brooms Bloom ice cream and several pork loins and pork butts in addition to Brooms Bloom bacon, sausage and pork chops, In addition we have more antiques in the back room that came in this past week. Hello Everyone! First snow of the Holiday Season and Christmas is only a few weeks away! We have some great antique and vintage decor for your holidays at both stores so please stop by Darlington General Store and Churchville Country Store. We are open in Darlington Friday through Sunday 10am to 5pm and Wednesday through Sunday 10am to 5pm at Churchville. A big shout out to Sandy Kapinos, Debbie Umbarger and Harford's Heart magazine for a wonderful article they did on the Darlington General Store and the history of the building. Stop by for a free copy of the new December issue. We also have the new 2026 calendar available at no charge as well.
