Home stretch! Retailers and reataurateurs and office tenants are beginning to build out their spaces. We cannot wait to open up the second and final phase of The Corbin District! We will begin taking reservations for the luxury residences here soon. Our retail spaces are 90 percent leased at this time with just a few spaces left. What stores or small restaurants would you like to see in downtown Darien that we have not announced are coming soon? Share your ideas in the comments below!

The work to underground the power and data lines along Corbin Drive and the Boston Post Road continues. Eversource will be back soon, working inside The Corbin District (off the roads), and the four data lines companies will continue to finish their work over the next month. Our curbs along the Boston Post Road are done, with sidewalks to go in probably later this week. The curbs on Corbin at about 75 percent complete. Expect minor delays in this area for the next month or so, and then we should be done with this work. Give yourself a couple of extra minutes when visiting the businesses in this area. We know that this is somewhat annoying, but the undergrounding of most of the lines in this area will make our downtown so much more beautiful. If you have any questions, please dm us.
