We had a great day of roasting yesterday! We are testing out three new varieties of coffee, and we also roasted some cacao!
Who wants to try our freshly roasted, stone ground, organic chocolate? We make it using only the finest organic criollo cacao beans, paired with raw, organic cane sugar.
