It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved coworker and friend, Shergen Soria.
Shergen was a treasured member of the Ocean Appliance Service family for many years. Though physically stationed in the Philippines, it always felt like her desk was right next to ours. She was dedicated, and without fail, she was the first to greet each of us every morning with warmth, positivity, and the most uplifting messages.
Her kindness, honesty, and unwavering dedication were the cornerstone of our customer service experience. She didn’t just support our team—she inspired it. Her cheerful presence and genuine care touched not only our colleagues but also the countless customers she helped throughout the years.
Shergen was more than a coworker. She was family. Her absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled, but her legacy of wittiness, compassion and excellence will continue to guide us.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to her loved ones and invite everyone who had the honor of working with Shergen to take a moment and remember the light she brought into our days.
Rest in peace, Shergen. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
