Prepped a few trays of some HUGE poppers with our megatron jalapeños!!! We like to mix in a bit of ranch seasoning, smokey jalapeño hot sauce and cream cheese for the filling. Toss in the freezer then pop off the tray and in to bags. We found by freezing them, the bacon crisps perfectly, cream cheese doesn't bubble out and the pepper has the perfect bite after cooking on a pizazz. Yes that is a regular cookie sheet. Some of those are 7" long!!!

Guess what we're going to do a final release of, well, besides all our pickles🤔 It's our superfreakintastical pickle powder!!!! You know; the kind that actually contains real kosher dills from our farm. I finally found a method to make it that is cost effective enough to make one last batch. Not yet though, not quite yet. Flavors are developing 😋

A gentleman by the name of George Ferrante reached out to me about my pursuit of garlic to plant. He was starting a small garlic business and just needed someone to give him a chance and trust in his product. He definitely exceeded my expectations in every way. Small businesses often just need a launching point and for someone to take a chance. I'm so happy I did, as folks took a chance with us 🙂

Happy Friday everyone! I did the drawing early this morning before our anniversary shennanigans begin and vacation. Yes my hand looks jacked up, this I know🤣 Multiple surgeries and millwright plus farm work will do that 🙂. Anywhoo: I physically make up actual "waffle" tickets and issue a number to each person. If ya bought 10 tickets then 10 tickets might have had the # 5 on em. Toss em all in a bag or whatever, shake n bake then pull one out. I pulled #9 which was Tomas Biela! Congratulations my good man. I'll get your prize package sent out once we return from vacation on Wednesday. Thank you everyone who entered. Thank you all for the amazing support over the years and your friendships. I've pretty much had personal conversations with every single customer and am grateful for each person and the❤️‍🔥

Hey everyone. I have the "waffle" tickets all made. I'll do the drawing Friday evening. We've been extremely busy harvesting every day and producing products. Veggies give zero cares if your tired, have plans or "waffles" going. They gotta be processed immediately when in such large quantities. I want to give everyone who entered, the chance to verify their tickets. Almost everyone I had communication with. I think only one or 2 sent $ without me verifying directly with them. I assure you everyone is entered and proper amounts. That being said, feel free to message me for verification. I won't be offended in the least bit. It's your hard earned money your trusting me with. Doesn't matter if it was 5$ or 100$; it all matters. Best of luck and I'll post the video Friday. Which subsequently is my 32 year wedding anniversary. I'm a lucky man 😁
