Disclaimer: Please be aware that, while I strive to use the best products available to make your ideal creation, these items are delicate. With that being said, I will repair or replace items depending on the damage and how it happened. Please note that I am not responsible for repairing or replacing tutus/tulle dresses/tulle skirts due to tangling/matting. In addition, I am not responsible for repairing or replacing burlap wreaths due to fading. The dyed burlap will fade over time if left out in the elements (i.e. direct sunlight, rain, etc.). Wreaths with wooden decorative accents are painted then sealed with an exterior grade clear coat that should last a while, but like anything wooden that is left outdoors, it needs to be protected otherwise the paint can fade/crack/chip over time. I recommend sealing with a spray-on clear coat once a year, if fully exposed to the elements; every other year if not. If you have any problems or questions regarding your item(s) please email me!
