Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our Market in the Meadow community — the vendors, shoppers, planners, bakers, creators, and supporters who make this event so special year after year. We are so grateful for each of you and hope your day is filled with love, laughter, and celebration.

And a special shoutout to this amazing group of women who graciously volunteer their time and talents to help plan this year’s Market in the Meadow. Their creativity, dedication, and heart for our community are truly unmatched. These moms are simply the best of the best, and we are beyond thankful for them!

Vendor Registration ROUND ONE opens today!!

This round is for returning vendors who want the SAME booth.

(We are aiming for the site to open at noon. We are still perfecting the site as we speak, so be patient with us on timing)

Hey Vendors……..Mark your calendars!!!!! Vendor Registration will open in 3 Rounds.

🌿ROUND 1: FEBRUARY 9th - Returning vendors who would like to reserve their same booth (booth prices are subject to change)

🌿ROUND 2: FEBRUARY 17th - Returning vendors who would like to reserve a different booth

🌿ROUND 3: MARCH 2nd - Vendor Registration opens to the public

*Booths are available on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to approval by the organizing committee.

Let us know if you have any questions regarding booth locations. Booth map and prices will be available soon on our website, we are currently in the process of adding more booths to the cafeteria.

Complimentary shuttles will be running continuously between Forest Meadow Middle School, Skyview Elementary School and Moss Haven Elementary during Market in the Meadow.

Forest Meadow has limited parking so hop on a shuttle and get door to door service. Please be considerate if parking in a nearby neighborhood.
