That cappuccino helps in the prevention of all manner of chronic diseases, so don't forget to drink your medicine.
Parkinson's Disease
Time after time caffeine in our coffee has proven to stimulate the synapsis. But did you know caffeine can reduce your likelihood of suffering from cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's and depression. A study in 2012 also stated a five fold decrease in the likely hood of Parkinson's when consuming 4-5 coffees a day.
Gallstones
Us coffee drinkers could be decreasing the likely hood of gallstones by a whopping sixty six percent simply by having two cups a day.
Diabetes
Its hard to believe that the cup of mud may affect something like diabetes but recent scientific studies have shown that it helps in prevention. In a 2014 study containing forty eight thousand participants, it was found that those who had increased there daily coffee intake by one cup for four years managed to lower the likelihood of diabetes by 11%.
