We do this through Precision Planting, which allows farmers to equip their existing planter with the best mechanical and electrical controls on the market, to ensure every seed is staged for success.

Planterology is dissolving and will cease operations December 31st 2023.

Tactical Work:
-Provide data entry into our Software

Standards
Position Specific:
-All data will be handled in accordance with Business Software User Guide
-Data will be entered within 2 business hours of receipt.
-Projects will be completed according to the Projects deadline.
Company Wide:
-All work will be performed in accordance with all government laws, regulations, ordinances, and court rulings in those jurisdictions in which the company operates.
-All work will be performed according to company values, policies, and standards, system action plans, employee manuals, and facilities and dress codes.
-All routine work will be documented in an operations manual, and is proprietary.
-All innovation will be quantified, tested, and improved, and documented.
-By the end of each business day, all new information will be stored in accordance with our Business Software User Guide.
-All telephone calls, texts, and emails, both internal and external, will be returned within one business day and within two hours whenever possible.
-All communications will be professional in tone, polite, and courteous.
-Manager will be notified in an exception report of any issues to be resolved or deadlines that cannot be met by reporting position, prior to the due date.
-Problems with any system must be brought to the attention of the manager in an exception report, so the system can be improved in the operations manual.
-Team members will provide staff assistance as requested; each team member may be asked from time to time to cover other areas of accountability and/or departments.
-Team members will respect each other’s time, space, and need for concentration. Socializing and interruptions must not impede workflow.
-Team members will have regularly-scheduled meetings with their manager, in accordance with the Team Member Development Meeting Plan.

Maximizing farmers’ planter performance
Assessing the farmers’ planting performance during the season.

Tasks throughout out the year:
December – March:
50% of the time is dedicated to coordinating servicing meters, installation of systems, and coaching farmers through planter maintenance.
40% to the sales process of helping farmers identify what solutions they need to move their operation forward.
10% to keep inventory organized and accessible.

April – June:
75% to supporting, diagnosing, and fixing infield planter breakdowns.
25% to ride with operators to ensure they know how to fully utilize their equipment.

June – August:
50% to walking fields and checking to see how we did.
30% to the sales process of helping guys solve problems identified while walking fields.
20% to coordinating installation of systems.

September – November:
60% to conduct infield yield research.
40% to coordinating installation of systems.
