The 2026 Loofah Garden

New raised garden bed is under way. Added the soil that we had, but I'll be going back for more.

There will be compost collection baskets at either end and there will be a super sturdy support system fo the growing vines. (Last year's was not strong enough and it collapsed under the weight of the loofahs. Lesson learned! Also a much bigger area for them to grow)

Hey friends! I have seeds if you want to grow your own. It's not too late to plant them.

The first of many craft fairs as the Shire W***h is officially in the books. It rained the whole time and at times it absolutely poured but there were people and there were sales and there was lots of interest in what I had to offer. I will definitely be coming back to Holly Lakes Campground and hopefully it won't be raining next time. I'm thinking an indoor spot might be a good idea.

And no, there was not Rofo chicken. $3.25 for one piece of chicken?! I cannot justify that.

Craft fair day! I'm as ready as I'm going to get. I would be very surprised there wasn't something I forgot.

I have my girlfriend's craft fair items because I'm able to attend.

One day before I jump back into craft fair mode. Yes I am very excited and nervous and anxious and all the feels that go with it.

How can something so small take so long to do? 20 pairs of almost completed earrings. Each has a different color each has different design. Two or three layers of color on each one then the design then the top coat. Just finished drilling holes in all of them. The last two steps are to spray them with polyurethane sealant and then attach the ear wires. I really wish I had more but again this is a start. I have so so so much more nail art supplies that I haven't even touched yet.

I know someone out there is going to say I could make those. Yes, you could. But have you? Did you even think to do it? I have been wanting to make these for quite a while now. I'm really looking forward to bringing these to the craft fair.
