We use a top of the line vinyl to ensure longevity of your products. Payment: I accept CashApp and Venmo. I will not begin working on your custom item until payment has been received. Due to the nature of personalized products, all sales are final. If for some reason the item is not as described due my error, I will do everything I possibly can to fix this error by immediately remaking the product

. Please be aware that details missing from your order will delay your order. If you would like a proof, please specify when ordering (unless you ordered a non personalized item). If I do not hear back from you within 12 hours I will assume the proof is correct and proceed with the order as placed. Shipping:
I get your items out as quickly as possible while doing quality work for you. I complete and ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. Custom orders ship in 3-5 business days depending on the size of the order and item. Large custom orders will vary with size, I will quote you a time frame. Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final do to the custom nature of most items. If a problem does occur please contact me immediately so I can find a solution. A picture of the item may be requested for proof of damage or mistake. Order cancellation and refunds may be requested for items not yet in production. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be refunded or returned unless in case of damage or my mistakes. If needed, be sure and request the turnaround times before purchasing.
