Interested in Consignment? Please send us a picture of the dress with a brief detail to [email protected] or by sending us a DM. Please note all dresses must be new or freshly laundered with no rips, stains or runs. SLB will dete

rmine the selling price of all items submitted for consignment based upon the age, condition, brand, size and style. Consignor will be notified with the price for approval. SLB reserves the right to decline any item that SLB does not feel will obtain minimum approved amount. All items are subject to a price reduction at SLB discretion. SLB agrees to pay the consignor 40% of the final selling price less any taxes, buyers fee. Consignment Agreement term is 3 Months. SLB may extend the agreement and will notify the consignor to extend. If consigner picks up an item prior to the agreement term, Consigner is subject to a $30 handling fee per item. When item is sold, SLB will notify the consignor within 7-10 business days and funds will be available for disbursement. Payment will only be paid to the consignor listed on the consignment agreement. SLB is a dress broker and cannot hold insurance on consignment inventory as SLB does not own it. While SLB is very careful with all inventory, SLB can not be liable for fire, flood, theft, damage or wear. The consignor understands the customers of SLB will handle and try on consigned items, therefore, the Consignor may experience reasonable wear and tear when picked up should the item not sell. All items not picked up after 14 days of expiration of consignment agreement end date will automatically become the property of SLB without further notice.
