Additionally Not Right Shooters carries products that are “Lefty

” friendly and the unique challenges that “Not Right” shooters have to deal with. We are always looking to add to that line of products so if you see or hear of any products please let us know and we will test and evaluate them. Not Right Shooters carries fi****ms Seekins Precision, G***k, Smith & Wesson and Springfield as well as some of the more unique products from IWI and others. Our accessory lines include Safariland, Nordic Components, CMC Triggers, Troy, Dawson Precision, Maxpedition and we are adding more on a regular basis.

That’s a wrap. Time to head home.

The Snake River match was set in some of the most incredible country I’ve ever had the opportunity to experience. Towering mountains, endless views, and an amazing creek cutting through the landscape created an unreal backdrop for 2 days of shooting.

and I were grateful for the chance to spend the weekend with some of the best people we know while tackling 19 challenging stages over two days, engaging a wide variety of targets in some seriously demanding terrain.
Matches like this are about far more than just the shooting — they’re about the friendships, teamwork, and shared experiences that make this community so special.

What an incredible country. What incredible people.

Seeing these animals in their natural habitat gives you a whole new appreciation for the beauty, balance, and design of creation.

Everywhere we traveled, you could see the incredible way these species coexist and thrive together in the wild.

Over the course of two weeks, Jake and I covered countless miles climbing mountains, crossing brush, tracking game, and learning from experienced hunters and guides who know and respect this land deeply. We were fortunate to harvest several mature animals, and we do not take that responsibility lightly. Every animal taken was done with gratitude, respect, and appreciation for the experience and the resource it provides. Responsible and sustainable hunting also plays an important role in maintaining healthy wildlife populations and preserving the habitat these animals depend on.
We are especially thankful that the animals harvested will help provide food for many people in the local community, which made the experience even more meaningful to us.

More than anything, I will forever cherish the time spent with my son, the friendships made, and the opportunity to experience a place and people that left a lasting impact on us both.

Jake and I just got back from a 12-day safari in South Africa, and it’s hard to put into words what this experience meant to us.

While we were there, we were surrounded by blessings everywhere we looked—from the incredible people we met, to the beauty of the country, to the unforgettable animals we were fortunate enough to see and harvest together.

We do not take the responsibility of hunting or taking an animal lightly. Spending time there only deepened our respect for the wildlife, the land, and the people who work tirelessly to conserve both.

What many people never fully understand is how deeply wildlife, conservation, and local communities are connected in this part of the world. Properly managed hunting plays an important role in sustaining these animals, preserving habitat, and supporting the people who depend on it.

Beyond the hunting itself, this trip was about time together, shared experiences, gratitude, and memories that will stay with us forever.

South Africa gave us far more than we could ever take from it.

Today marks 16 years since my father passed.

And today, I’m spending it beside my son on an incredible trip, making memories that will stay with me forever. Moments like these don’t come around nearly enough, which is exactly why they matter so much.

Life keeps reminding me that time is the one thing we can never earn back.

Perfect day on the trails yesterday. The woods are coming back to life—fresh green everywhere and nothing but natural sounds around us.

Goliath doing what he does best—covering ground like a tank—and getting dialed in on her new ride, Patches.

Good reminder to step away and enjoy it.
