Y’all, it’s a lovely Saturday, and the hits just keep on coming!

We got an order in today, and we are swimming in Fantasy, Horror, and Dark Romance.

Not to mention more rad coloring books. Including the horror coloring book that sold out in a single week!

So if you’re out and about, come see what’s new, and don’t mind the mess. We’ll be hanging around until 8:00 tonight! 🖤

It’s a gorgeous Friday, and we hope y’all are having a lovely day, or at least one that isn’t too stressful.

Amid all the chaos of new books, we nearly forgot to post about this month’s One More Chapter Book Club pick.

Luckily, for May, there isn’t any required reading. It’s BYOB (Bring Your Own Book), and you’ll have a minute to convince the rest of the group why your book should be the next book club read!

So grab something good, and mark your calendar for Tuesday, May 26th at 6:00 pm at the Rebecca Caudill Public Library here in Cumberland. 🖤

Posting late on this pretty Thursday, but we have a little bit to show off.

We had so many classics that we had to move our New Arrivals shelf (now the wooden one facing the window). An expanded Juvenile Fiction section, and an expanded Children’s Educational books section.

Not to mention books added to our Fiction, History, Travel, and Biography sections.

We also have a two massive boxes of free books. One of them with nothing but children’s books.

We’ll be in until 7:00 this evening, maybe later if the mood strikes us, so if you’re out and about swing by…and please excuse the mess. 🖤

Y’all, It is Wednesday yet again, and we have to say (yet again) that we are gonna be closed today.

However, it’s because we got so many books in on Monday it’s left the shop looking like a hot mess just getting them sorted.

Tons and tons of kids books, JV books, a bunch of classics, box sets, and the manga order we’ve been so patiently waiting for.

So bear with us as we finish up sorting and rearranging a few things to accommodate.

We will be reopening tomorrow (Thursday May 14th) with a ton of new stuff, and a bunch of Children and Juvenile Fiction books to give away!

It’s raining (again) this Wednesday, but look on the bright side, we have some new things in!

We’ve had a few copies of Lights Out by Navessa Allen come through our door, and now we have copies of the second in her ‘Into Darkness’ Trilogy.

Along with a couple copies of Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall.

(All of which are Brand New)

For those of you who are more into Tabletop Games…we have some Dungeons and Dragons dice!

So if you’re looking to kill some time this dreary evening, swing by and check them out. We’ll be in until 7:00…maybe later if we get distracted sorting books.

It’s a pretty day out today, and we can’t believe it’s already May out here!

In looking for a theme for the month we discovered that May is Get Caught Reading Month. So, it was too perfect to pass up.

However, we haven’t forgotten about the important days this month, like Mother’s Day and Memorial Day. For that we’ve made a new little section we will change up as those days get closer.

So, come in and see what’s old, and new, and new to you.

It’s the last Tuesday of the month which means the One More Chapter Book Club is meeting tonight at the Rebecca Caudill Public Library at 6:00 pm.

April’s book is A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas. So feel free to swing by the meeting even if you haven’t read it and just want to meet other book lovers.

We will also be open for a few hours this evening! (5:00 pm - 8:00 pm)

Next month will be Bring Your Own Book! (BYOB) So if you’re looking for something interesting, stop by the bookstore afterwards to see what you can find!

Thank you so, so much to everyone who came by today. We had a big turnout for our little shop thanks to the Bookstore Crawl.

We’re working with the other shops to get everything tallied up and we will be getting back to y’all soon on that.

As for our Blind Date Giveaway, we have a winner!
