A Wizarding Weekend Special Event Benefiting Earthquest!

Step into a world of wonder during Culpeper’s Wizarding Weekend with an intimate, pre-opening private Owl Encounter at BrickHammer Hobbies. This exclusive, ticketed experience invites young witches, wizards, and curious Muggles to explore the mysterious world of owls in a hands‑on, educational adventure.

While the shop is closed to the public, guests will enjoy a private session led by Earthquest—featuring one of their non‑releasable ambassador owls, who will keep a wise and watchful eye over the room.

What Guests Will Experience
Live Owl Encounter — Meet an Earthquest ambassador owl up close and learn what makes these birds such extraordinary hunters.

Owl Pellet Dissection — Kids and families can explore real owl pellets, uncovering bones and clues about an owl’s diet and ecosystem.

Hands‑On Learning — Perfect for curious young minds who love animals, science, and discovery.

Wizarding Weekend Atmosphere — A magical setting that blends wildlife education with the spirit of the weekend’s festivities.

Supporting Conservation
This event is a fundraiser for Earthquest, and 100% of every ticket goes directly to their nonprofit mission of wildlife education and rehabilitation. Each session is limited to 16 participants.

Pokémon Pitch Black is on the truck and out for delivery to BrickHammer Hobbies!

We’ll have them available later today once UPS arrives and inventory is complete. Here’s what’s coming in:

Limits (per person):
• 1 ETB

BONUS PACKS FOR GOOD CAUSE:
Bring one non‑perishable canned food item and you may purchase 2 additional packs (up to 12 extra packs total). All donations go straight to the local food pantry.

Once UPS drops off, I’ll inventory everything and announce the official release hour. First come, first served! Raid your pantries and get ready to rip some packs!
