Releaf Botanica would like some word-of-mouth. We're aiming to create a little buzz over our Joint Releaf Cream and we know the best way to do that is by people talking about it and sharing with their friends/family how well the product works. We also realize that we're a new(ish) company and we have to prove ourselves.

So, we will send a FREE sample to 5 folks with arthritis. Don't worry, your information will be kept completely private!

Here's what you need to do:

1. Send us a PM (do not comment on this post) telling us where your arthritis is located, how long you have it and the severity of your condition.
(PLEASE DO NOT enter if you do not have arthritis!) (We'll do other samples later for other conditions, don't worry)

3. Wait... We will gather requests for 1-2 weeks before making our decision. After that we will choose the 5 we think would benefit the most and notify them.
