The Heirloom is a boutique vendor market in the heart of downtown Crystal Springs, offering a thoughtfully curated mix of upscale finds, timeless vintage pieces, and one-of-a-kind treasures. We are very excited to bring our flea market to downtown Crystal Springs. In addition to renting vendor booth space, we will also bring an auction house featuring a live auction every Saturday night. As a vend

or mall we will offer booth spaces ranging from 10” x 10” to 2” x 2” glass case display cases that are under lock and key. We will be fully staffed so that our vendors do not have to be on site to sell their items. Our team will sell vendors items under a unique vender id and collect monies due including sales tax. Vendors receive a pay-out of items sold, less commission. This commission is used to help pay our team for selling vendor inventory.

At Making It Southern, top notch service is our highest priority, and we strive to make sure every customer has a great experience with us. We are looking for a friendly, dependable part-time team member to join our fun environment. If you have a knack for home décor, helping customers, and maintaining beautiful displays, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting customers
• Running checkout
• Restocking & merchandising
• Helping maintain store appearance
• Helping with after-hours store events
• Occasional lifting and moving décor/furniture

Minimum Requirements:
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated & dependable
• Able to work two Saturdays each month
• Gift wrapping skills are required
• Ability to lift and move décor/furniture as needed
• Retail experience is a plus
