A minimum of 3 feet of clearance distance from the public, buildings, or combustible storage is required at all times. Temporary concrete barriers or similar type temporary barriers may be required to prevent damage from motorized vehicles.

All combustibles must be stored at least 18 inches away from hot surfaces or cooking appliances; and 3 feet distance from LP-gas, wood, or charcoal fueled cooking areas. These tents are typically commercial-grade, featuring fire-resistant vinyl or polyester fabrics often required for events with vendors, pyrotechnics, or cooking, ensuring reduced fire spread. 🚨 VENDOR NOTICE 🚨

We want to give all vendors a heads up that the Fire Marshall has started enforcing tent safety regulations much more strictly at pop-up events and markets.

If you are using a tent/canopy setup, please make sure: Your tent is properly secured/weighted down (40 lbs per leg)

We do not want anyone being asked to leave an event or receive violations/fines, so please come prepared and double check your setup before arrival. Whether its at our event or any other event you pop up at.

These regulations are coming directly from our local HCFMO and may be checked at any time during events.

Thank you all for helping us keep our markets safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone ❤️
