🗣️Attention -- We here at the Croghan Candy Kitchen just wanted to remind everyone that this is the final week to purchase tickets for the Chocolate Turkey Raffle! 🎟️ All proceeds will benefit Caring Friends of the Community🦃 The milk chocolate Turkey being raffled weighs in at a staggering 12 pounds, and is sure to be a one-of-a-kind Thanksgiving centerpiece to a lucky winner🎉🎉 Don't miss your chance to be in the drawing, which will take place this coming Saturday (11/18) at 1:00 p.m. We hope to see you, and good luck to all! 🤞😃🤞

With heavy hearts we must announce that due to the absolutely frigid temperatures we experienced last night, mixed with the rain we had endured before the blizzard yesterday, the doors of the Croghan Candy Kitchen have frozen shut! 😫😖😓 As a result of being unable to gain access to the store ourselves, we are forced to submit to the weather of the North Country, and therefore are literally unable to open our doors today 😞😢 We are heartbroken at having to share this news, and are deeply sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. Stay warm out there, and happy holidays❄️❄️

We are thrilled to announce that the Croghan Candy Kitchen is now accessable! 😃🥳 With the Travel Ban in Lewis County having been lifted, now any of you looking to get last minute chocolate delicacies are legally able to drive on over 🙌 As thankful as we are for this pause in terrible weather, we do still think it's important to stay safe on the roads and remember to take time with loved ones during the holiday season. For this reason, we will be CLOSING FOR THE HOLIDAYS AT NOON TODAY. **❤️VALENTINE'S DAY❤️**

Welcome 2022! The Croghan Candy Kitchen is back in action just in time for the first candy holiday of the year- Valentine's Day! 😃💕
While we will be reverting back to our pre-Christmas hours (closed on Mondays although we will be open the Monday that is Valentine's Day), we will still have our doors open for you Tue-Fri from 9a.m. to 5p.m. and Saturdays from 9a.m. to 1p.m.
With Valentine's Day fast approaching, we are filling our lollipop trees with hearts and our box covers have turned red! Why not show your loved ones you care with the best chocolate around?!
Be sure not to forget our delicious chocolate covered strawberries! They will be available by pre-order ONLY, so be sure to give us a call (315-346-1591) or stop in with those orders! 😄🍓 We can't wait to see all of you, and cover any and all of your chocolate needs💕💕

***ANNOUNCEMENT***
To our friends and customers, we would like to offer an update on our activities in the shop... Firstly, the Croghan Candy Kitchen will again be open on Mondays beginning on 11/22/21😃 We're excited to be available from Monday through Friday from 9-5 and Saturdays from 9 until 1 to serve your holiday needs! We are also excited to share some new seasonal items with all of you. Come in and check out our new, and oh so delicious, Grand Marnier and Milk Chocolate Covered Pecans, as well our tasty Maple Glazed Cashews- Mmm! 👌 Our seasonal Sponge Candy has already hit the shelves, and in the next few weeks our Famous Peanut Brittle will be found there as well! If nothing else, don't forget to come see our giant 7lb. Chocolate Santa and dream of what you'd do with all of that chocolate 😄🎅 We're looking forward to seeing all of you, and filling your holiday candy needs! ✨

!! ATTENTION !!

Just a little heads up to the changes occurring at everyone's favorite candy shop as the warmer weather hits 😎...
We are currently no longer doing mail order. This is because we cannot guarantee that candy packages will not melt, either while being transported, or while waiting on the front step at delivery destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers, however you may, as always, ship our candy yourselves. We are just unwilling to assume the risk of melted product at this time.
Our other change at the shop, is that starting MAY 3RD, we will no longer be open on Mondays. We will still be open Tuesday through Friday from 9a.m.-5p.m. and Saturdays 9a.m.-1p.m. however. This change is the result of much debate, and, in the end, the candy maker's need for more sunshine this summer! Ha🌞 We hope this doesn't ruin too many candy shop outings for our summer season friends, and we do hope to be back to our regular hours some time this fall.
